Since my other cordless vacuum died, I have been looking for a reliable ,affordable, well suction, powerful vacuum. I have an odd 1800 SQFT house with a mixture of carpet , wood and marble flooring. So I wanted a vacuum which could cater this need. I do not have any pets so not sure with pet hair handling however these are the points I could gather for this vacuum.Pros:1. Needed a vacuum which is as powerful as Dyson however not making a hole in my pocket, this helps.2. You need a lot lot lot suction power in order to take all the dust , allergy (unfortunately if your family suffers), hair , young one's mess and so on... This is the perfect companion.3. Vacuum should be versatile to cater need of the Marble floor, wall (spider web), carpet area, wood floor. This absolutely does.4. one of the biggest advantages of this device is having 23000 odd PA suction power, it matters.5. Numerous attachments make your day easy. best part is the regular long one is collapsible making it very smooth.6. This is indeed lightweight , making useful for your job7. Very quiet operation, even when my son sleeps I can do it..it works.8. Design is good, it really looks nice when it stays in one corner , I love the color.9. Good battery life , enough to complete my house every day10. Flexible hose makes your work easyCons:1. I would not say bye to my corded vacuum, it is not going to replace it for sure . However just to give an idea I have not used it since I received this for last 20 days :)2. I would like to see an option where this vacuum can be operated while plugged on as well with optional long wires added. This is an engineering change. However would love to have that option.So far the best vacuum I have ever used. My search ended here :)

My only complaint is if you have long hair be prepared to clean (perform minor surgery) the roller after EVERY use!! Any long hairs will get wrapped around the outside rollers/spindles and cause the roller not to spin as well as no suction and the vacuum will keep cutting off until you fix it! It’s a bit aggravating and annoying but it’s the only complaint I have, otherwise it works great and very easy to maneuver and it’s SO nice not having to deal with a cord!!

I have had this machine for a little less than a month now, and I absolutely love it. I'll list some of the pro's and cons below -Pros:Works great for hard wood/tileThe light on the front makes it easier to see dirt/hairSlim design allows you to get into small spacesProduct comes with a wall mount so storage is convenientThe attachment pieces make this a multi-use system (I use mine for my car and home)I can make it through my 800SF apartment without needing another chargeCons -Suction power is not strong on carpetsCannot pick up larger pieces as easily (dry cat food)When using the handheld attachments, the air coming from the vacuum can spread hair/dirt you're trying to pick upAll in all, I love this machine. I have used it everyday since I purchased it, and I have zero regrets. For the price and everything that is included, it is a steal. I HIGHLY recommend this vacuum if you have hardwood/tile floors. Sweeping sucks, but this is quick, easy and actually fun.

We bought this to replace our old broken stick vacuum and it is great value for the price. However after after a few months it stopped working due to the fact that we have a large dog and the hair gets stuck in the rollers. I clean after each use. So I sent an email to customer service on friday they asked me to send a video and on Sunday a replacement part was at my door, now that is what I call great customer service.

Charge lasts long. Great for wood floors and tile.

lightweight and easy to handle product that performs

Had it a little over a year. Like the fact that it is lightweight and comes with a spare battery hence two stars. I had a problem with one of the batteries not holding a charge upon receiving the vacuum. The battery was charging and would show full status (all three lights solid blue) but a day later it had zero charge. I contacted customer service via email thru amazon and they sent me a video on how to charge the battery which was annoying since that was not the issue. I had to contact them again and explain the problem and eventually they sent a replacement battery. Very disappointed with suction power. I have hardwood floors and tile with a 5’x7’ area rug under the coffee table. We don’t have pats and three pretty neat adults live in the apartment. The vacuum is more like a motorized sweeper. On hardwood floors and tiles I have to go two three times over an area to get it spotless, even on the highest setting (there are two speeds). The vacuum gets louder but the suction power seems the same. There are also design features that need improvement. The on/off switch is on the inside of the handle and one can accidentally switch the vacuum off while holding it during vacuuming. The pipe, for lack of a better term, that connects the brush with the motor part is an awkward shape, it is not round. Same with interlocking mechanism to connect accessories or to extend the pipe. Both make vacuuming under furniture difficult. I have to take the brush head off to get underneath the sofa which was not the case with other vacuums I owned. Overall not worth the money, and I doubt that pricier brand name cordless vacuums are much better in terms of suction.

A handy product, a good replacement of Jhadoo, but don't expect too much of suction power. But OK for daily cleaning...mean if home is not too dirty. Also, second battery is really required & unfortunately, it's not available for separate purchase. Better go for the handy vaccum cleaner which provides battery replacement.

Purchased 2 cleaners, one became defective, just about 12 months, 2nd one stopped working after 3 months, worse is the service provider unfriendly and unhelpful nature even for under warranty equipments. They have no courier arrangements for anyplace, Even though customer pays for it. So the customer have to bear the cost and trouble of arranging courier. Rude, bad, hostile service provider. No one should buy and Amazon fulfilled must be removed. Thanks.
