That's not the first Shilajit in my life, I actually got used to it in my childhood when my immune system was super weak and needed support, like A LOT of support.Now I was looking for something specific, minerals and nutrients for liver support, and I learned that this resin is good at it. I tried the other brand earlier this year with not much of a result. I changed brands and am very pleased with this one.The first thing I notice about Shilajit is the smell and the taste are authentic. Every time I open it and add it to warm water, the smell reminds me of my childhood.Second, scooping a liquidish product is very convenient. I love it, compared to the previous product that was too viscous and difficult to use.Third, which should be actually first - because it's the effect - I have used it for almost 3 weeks now, and I'm in shock. In addition to improving my digestion, I stopped waking up in the middle of the night. I have an ongoing liver condition that has caused me problems over the past few years including sleep interruptions. With this product, I now feel that I'm promoting the health of my liver and possibly even balancing my hormone levels.And I love the metal spoon! It's much more convenient than the wooden one I had with my previous product.

I was very skeptical about this product but decided to give it a try after reading multiple reviews from ppl who tried it. No joke, I took it for the 1st time after a 9 hour shift before I went to my Martial arts sword training. a small scoop into glass of warm water. The taste is bad, was sucking on dirty sock. But it kicked in about 30 min after ingesting. I felt gradual boost of energy that never peaked. It was like a never ending geyser. My focus was amplified and I felt like I could run a 5K. Even after 2 hours of intense training, I was not even phased. Best part is no jitters, no upset stomach. It's like I have the energy of my 7 year old daughter flowing thru vains. 😁 I writing this review 4 hours after my 1st dose and I still feel amazing. I am a person who has to drink 2 energy dri KS or 4 cups of coffee. 1 serving of this and I feel like I am in my teens again. FYI, I turn 50 in a few weeks. This is the fountain of youthful energy for sure !!!!

I used to take powder shilajit and it is the first time I take a resin supplement, the difference is huge, including the flavor, it is hard to drink and you will not enjoy it. However, I love the health benefits specially the boost of energy. It comes with spoon so no problem with the measure, I suggest not to taste it directly as I did to avoid such strong taste for hours in the mouth, just follow the instructions and dissolve it in water.

I found that Shilajit in its tar-like form wasn't my cup of tea. The potent taste didn't sit well with me, and I wished for better ease of use. However, I do believe it's a pure product despite not being the best fit for my preferences.

Easy to incorporate to daily routine. Mixes well spoon is nice…but small handle. Too early to feel all the benefits I’ve read about. Do have more energy after only 3 days

I appreciate the benefits of Shilajit and the multitude of minerals it provides. While it's a powerful supplement, the tar-like substance has a taste I find unbearable. I try to mask it in my smoothie, but I also opt for the pill form to enjoy its energizing effects without the taste inconvenience. The price is also good for the pure stuff that you get. It might be good for someone else to use it, but it just isn't right for me.
