A perfect format for those with ADHD
A patient of mine introduced me to this book and now I recommend it to almost all my patients who I have recently diagnosed with ADHD. The book is not text heavy and delivers information in entertaining, bite-sized chapters which are easy for the patient with ADHD to focus on! I bought a copy of this little book myself and was impressed by the tips and advice offered by the author who herself was challenged by the symptoms of ADHD.

Excellent
I bought my teen this book while we wait for his assessment report. I’m really pleased to have such an excellent resource for him without needing to navigate conflicting information on the Internet. He really enjoyed this book, it’s well written and he found it very helpful. The road to an ADHD assessment can be very hard, it’s an emotional journey and I’m so grateful for this book. It has helped my son tremendously

Perfect for loved ones and ADHDers alike
I purchased this book hoping to find out more about my brain. I finished reading it and immediately bought one for a friend. Read this is you have ADHD, love someone who is neurodiverse, or are a teacher. You will really appreciate the humor, easy formatting, and art.

Get this book
It will change how you see things, and yourself. I had my partner read it and it helped him see a new perspective. It's an easy read with a lot of tips and tricks which helped me get a start on working WITH my brain instead of against it. It's a great read if you or any loved one has adhd. There is too much stigma out there, and a lot of misinformation.
