The materials and construction appear good for its' purpose. It is a useful size, not too big or too small. The strap can be adjusted in length to secure the bag in various locations. I place the strap around my shift knob and hang the bag on the passenger side. Luckily, the straps do not block my cupholder, but you should evaluate that possibility before you buy, if you plan to install it in the same location. The side hooks for a liner bag are too close together to secure a plastic grocery store bag, but you can tie the handles to shorten them, or use a normal small trash can liner.
