Can this bag be dried in the dryer after washing it

Yes, it can. I always wash it as it is my "hamper."

If I put water soaked clothes in it, will the water leak out?

i put my clothes in it when they come out of the washer to take them to laundromat to dry and they are wet,nothing leaks through.

I looked at both of mine - inside / outside / along the seems but no tags. Sorry.
