This product has a design flaw in the headband although the vendor was extremely helpful and replaced the original one I purchased after it cracked several days after receiving it. They did ship me a new one really quickly. After receiving the second one it also cracked/broke after a couple of weeks of use again in the middle of the headband at the same spot. So I decided to glued it with gorilla glue and after couple of months it has cracked again. Good quality sound but expensive for something that will only last a few weeks. To qualify, use I sit in an office and may remove it a couple of times during the day, and no I don't have a large or a pumpkin head :) So it wasn't over use that has caused the problem.

Headset is nice but it seems to look connection very easily when outside. My phone can be in my pocket and connection starts to break up very easily when outside. Indoors it works nicely until you step too far away which isn't very far.

Very comfortable... the battery lasts a day and a half and the sound quality.

Tin can sound and microphone does not work for me. I called 2 people and neither could hear me. To be fair the After Shock Trees had better sound, but the microphone also did not work. If speaker sounding good I would not be returning it. I would just disabled phone for this device.

Very cool but I wish it was adjustable. Hard to find a position that felt snug.
