Bought this item not knowing it was coming from China, but didn't take too long to ship.(just over 10 days)Once received it came in a pressurized bag of some sorts protecting it from any defects or crinkles during shipping and I'm very happy with the final product. Yes, there is minor defects in the image (YouTube icon, and yes when I edited my image I used the best of quality) but for the price it's nothing to be bothered about, plus from a distance nobody will know.Highly recommend especially if you're a small YouTuber trying to make a name for his/herself like my self aha.

The logo I provided was good but the printed result I got was awful. The colors were faded darker compared to the neon colors in my picture I provided. They also left out a letter in the text. Says Cool ng not "Cooling". On a good note if you have a absurdly large head this hat fits nicely.

Text/customization is printed on. Quality was fine.
