After a bad attempt with a similar product from a different manufacturer, I gave this one a try,. The first product I tried had screws for the transverse bar that didn't quite fit into the tapping of the upright bar. These had extra long screws that easily made it into the transverse bars. I kept all the screws lightly tight until I had both sides lined up and then cinced them down with the provided allen wrench. Once fully tightened it was extremely sturdy. The mini-screwdriver was a nice touch, but I only used it to set the screws into the guideholes. After that, I fully screwed them in with a power screwdriver. There was at least one extra of each piece (including an extra hook), so no worries about a bad part. I did strip one hook screw putting it in, but that was on me. If you use a power screwdriver, just be aware of what torque you're using. Very easy to overtorque if you're not paying attention. As many other reviewers noted, these work best for smaller mugs. I had no troube with my smaller mugs but my larger mugs won't all fit with the space between the hooks. Not shown on the photo, I put the large ones on the back part, staggered so that I have four evenly distributed mugs on that side. All in all, I'm quite pleased with this. Saves space and looks nice.

Love this! Fit my industrial-style tea bar very well. I was able to put it together in about 20 minutes and the instructions were easy to follow. A couple of the hooks went on a little crooked due to the predrilled holes, but it’s not really noticeable, especially once you hang cups on there. If anything, it adds to the industrial charm of the piece. Once assembled, it was a very sturdy structure, including the metal hooks to hang fragile cups from. Great piece, highly recommend.

Super cute and sturdy once assembled. A few things to note:-Each hook must be manually added, nothing about this item is pre-assembled-Use your own screwdriver as the one it comes with is complete garbage. After adding the first 4 hooks, the screwdriver had not only gotten stripped but gave me several blisters. Switched to using a screwdriver I had at home and it was smooth sailing.-They give you extra parts which I appreciate tremendously-I’ve only put 1 mug on the rack so far but I feel like it will hold all 16 mugs no problem. I’ll update my review if it doesn’t lol

To start, I don't know why I thought this was pre-assembled, but it is not. Luckily, all you need is a screwdriver. I used a little electric screwdriver/drill. The hook holes aren't lined up properly so that came in handy. Upon finishing assembly, I found it to be slightly wobbly, even with the feet attached. Over all, it took about 30 minutes to put together but, it's a nice addition to my kitchen so I guess it was worth it. They give you a ton of extra screws and hooks, so if you drop one, there's no need to panic. All things considered, I'm happy with my purchase, and would recommend.

This was a gift and this is very well made! This is not flimsy. Looks great and holds mugs well and with ease.Provides nice astetics for counter top or coffee bar set up.Would buy and gift this item again.

This product is a bit fiddly to put together but worth the effort. It works well and I was happy with the product and price

I really needed a mug holder for all my mugs! Easy to put together, fits 8 mugs and I put coffee pods on the top shelf!

This was a great bargain, it is a solid well made product
