I had never heard of belgiri powder and wasn't sure how to use it. I received the package and read the directions. You get a good amount. It's a very fine powder that dissolves well.I have not used this as a tea or in smoothies. I used the mGanna 100% Natural Belgiri as an ingredient in one of my hair masks. I like it! I used castor and coconut oil for my mask and left it on for over an hour before rinsing. I had great results. Softer and more supple hair. I will definitely use this powder again on my hair.

This does not taste natural. It has sweet bitter and vanilla flavor mixed up

Looks as advertised. Was going to mix with henna to soften my hair but haven’t had a chance to do that yet since my hair was so damaged from a previous treatment. Came well packaged in a sturdy ziplock bag. Description says you can also add it to smoothies and supposedly helps with digestive issues but it smelled too funky for me to try it. Wish there was better instructions/suggestions on how to use this powder.
