E3-MN. i love my printer!! but i hate the Mile Long boden tube from the STOCK extruder to the nozzle.its wasnt that big of a deal when printing stiff materials like PLA, PETG etc, BUT - OMFG when its time to print TPU... buf if you want to use less than #4 Nozzle....FORGET IT, you gotta use #6!! but better off with #8!! lolBUT WITH THE SPRITE EXTRUDER !!!the bowden tube is like 1.5" and there is No Room for TPU FLEX. so no more delayed TPU clogging with #4 nozzles !!!dont get me wrong, i still print TPU with #6, but its great to know i CAN print tpu with #4.i also have my E3MN inside the big Creality Tent.so im load filament from the Top, not the left side.With the Stock extruder - it is just a pain in the butt to load and unload the extruder in the enclosure.BUT WITH THE SPRITE ITS SUPER EASY NOW!!!its just a vertical drop, like with other E3 top loaders.before i put my printer in the enclosure this was not an issue bcuz the spool was on the left side.but with the enclosure, there isnt as much room to load on the left with the way i want to set it up.the Sprite just makes everything better!and i love how small it is!!only down side is the cable strain relief..i really do wish it came with a strain relief.it absolutely needs one !!!you cant just leave your wires laying there.and without the old bowden tube mount, there isnt much to support the cable harness.until i can make a Sprite Cable Strain Relief,Zip Tie-ing it around the sprite will have to work.but this is NOT what i want.... but it works.either way, i still love it.DONT FORGET TO CHANGE E-STEPS

Great direct-drive replacement for my Creality Ender 3 Max Neo

First thing, this is an upgrade kit and does not include the hotend. I glossed over that fact when I bought it. Secondly, the extruder assembly suffers from a nasty design flaw. It's very easy to over tighten it when you're trying to make sure your filament has a proper flow. There is no stop to prevent you from doing this either and the tension does feel very different as you tighten it further. This results in the screw/nut/spring assemble pushing outward inside the housing, and for me, sheer off a plastic retaining stop and ruined it completely. To Creality's credit, they replaced it no questions ask. My opinion, anything that's supposed to be providing spring tension in such a critical area should be supported by a metal bracket and have a tension stop.

Easy install and no more bowden tube. Highly recommend.

Installed easily. Had to do a little research to get setup with Klipper though. Pleased with performance.I did require a different thermistor from stock though.

This brand sells the extruder without the wiring harness and the Bowden tube. This part is useless without it

The drive gears dont mesh tight enough to grip Ninjaflex - It's actually the mesh itself - The gears limit the gap between so the filament is too loose.

This is a great way to turn your ender machine to direct drive, just make sure it actually fits your machine
