I ordered this and took it for about 4 months. I initially bought 2 bottles then bought 2 more. I did not notice any significant changes. It didn't change my appetite or my weight at all. I had read berberine was supposed to help your appetite suppression and weight loss. I was hopeful. It was a good price. Tasted ok. But I no longer take it as I didn't feel I was benefitting from it.

Right from the start, I noticed they had a delightful sweet and slightly sour taste, making them a treat to take daily. The texture is soft and easy to chew, which I appreciate because I’ve had issues with other gummy supplements being too tough.What really drew me to these gummies was the inclusion of berberine and vitamins that are known to support heart health and immune function. I've read a bit about berberine's potential benefits, especially for metabolism and blood sugar levels. While I can't say I've experienced a significant change in my weight yet, I do feel more energetic throughout the day.One thing to note is that I find the gummies easy on my stomach—no discomfort at all! They definitely help curb my cravings for sweets, which is a big plus for me. Plus, the fact that they're made without artificial sweeteners makes me feel good about what I'm putting into my body.On the downside, I did notice a slightly odd smell when opening the bottle. It’s not strong enough to deter me from taking them, but it’s something to be aware of. However, the smell doesn't affect the taste, so it's a minor issue for me.Overall, I'm pleased with these gummies and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tasty way to add some beneficial ingredients to their routine. Berberine... the new miracle supplement? Having done some research, berberine is from the barberry plant used in eastern nutrition.The label is thorough but generic in warning about pregnancy. Please DO NOT ignore this. Upon research it can be bad if you over eat the recommended dosage, especially if you are nursing or pregnant.Now when I eat these, I do feel slightly more energetic and clear minded. It wasnt immediate. But I started noticing it about the 3rd day in. It is easy on the stomach, causes no pain. It also has a great flavor! The texture is gummy and not sugary. (: I love it. I am confident and happy that there is no artificial sweetner. It is all natural!I think Im actually losing weight on these also... :O so I would say it is working pretty well! It curbs my sugar cravings and I have dropped about 2-3 lbs over the past two weeks. That is pretty impressive. Of course that doesnt mean to throw your diet/regular eating plan out the window. But this is a good supplement to add on to what you're already doing. Now imagine pairing this with a solid meal plan and exercise! Im thinking about starting some training and eating cleaner. With this, I bet the result would be amazing.Im not sure if this was meant for weightloss but it has helped as stated for anti-flammatory. I do feel better eating these daily.Good value for the price for a working product!Maybe not miraculous, but it seems to be doing something positive. :D
