Liked the orange ones more!Realised I am not supposed to have grapefruit as having Estrogen therapy!!!

Contains Aspartame
I thought these and the multivitamins were great as they encouraged me to drink fluids. Because they were sickly sweet, I checked the label and was horrified to find they contain artificial sweetener Aspartame. I threw my all my tubes away.

Residue at the bottom after drinking.
Has anyone found any residue after drinking at the bottom of the glass that does not dissolve?Please, I need help to know for sure if it’s ok to swallow that residue or not.It seems to me to be some kind of fine sand. Please check the pictures. I’ve attached here and let me know. Many thanks.
