The product is fine I have used it for more that 7 years. This last order though was shorted 1 box of 2 cartridges. I was charged by Amazon for 2 box's, and the supplyer only mailed me 1 Box! ? Supplier had the order that showed payment for two, but would nor admit it, and told me to take it up with Amazon. Will not do business with InkWorld, ever again

I did my research, used my printer model number........all of the above! Did NOT work with my Canon Printer. I am so stuck with 2 expensive cartridges that will not work with my printer no matter what I try. Of course...the time window for return expired before I REALLY REALLY needed a refill. Crap! Just Disgusting, why would they use the model number that I needed and it NOT WORK. False Advertising to the MAX~ So sick of it!

We go through ink a lot and I prefer this brand over canon’s. I can usually get 100 pages if I adjust the settings on my printer and use the lighter ink settings when printing. When it gets low, my only issue is the chip tells the printer really really early it’s running low maybe about half way through. I can usually eke out 10-15 more pages too if I take the cartridge out and shake it when the printer says it’s empty and replace. It’s not a bad value.

At first, this worked great, but over time it became more and more smudged. I have tried everything on both the cartridge and printer to fix any gunk or poor alignment to no avail. Since the color still prints perfectly with canon brand ink, I can only assume it is this cartridge. I will not buy again.

I BOUGHT THE 2 PACK CANON 492 INK CARTRIDGE . ONE OF THE CARTRIDGES DID NOT WORK. HOWEVER THE THE SELLER GAVE ME AN INSTANT REFUND FOR THE ONE CARTRIDGE THAT DIDNT WORK . GREAT COMPANY

I Just opened the box that the ink came in and got ink all over me. I did not even open the cellophane wrappers. Both cartridges were leaking and I could not even read most of the writing. Of course, the return window ran out the 18th of Nov. The last refill I bought from a different clogged my printer so bad I had to use a new cartridge to clean it. That is when I bought this brand. From now on I will only buy the manufacturer's product no matter how ridiculously priced it is.

I had to order this new Black toner for my Canon printer, because the last one from a different Amazon seller did not last very long, plus my computer kept saying it was the wrong one!So far this toner is working well on all levels. Thank you.

The recycled ink cartridges arrived covered in ink. I couldn't use them until I cleaned them off. I had to wear disposable gloves to clean them otherwise my hands would have been covered in ink. So far, the product is working properly. Not sure if the external ink was due to the refilling process, packing or delivery. Also, not sure yet if the external ink means that the cartridges have lost ink and will result in fewer printed pages.

I just installed the black ink cartridge to do some printing after printing 90 sheets of paper only, the printer app told me the ink cartridge was already below the half way point. That seems crazy to me.

1 of the 2 cartridges was damaged and will not work. Warranty only valid for 1 month.Don’t buy unless you check both right away, or use 2 Cartridges a month.

What a waste of time and money !!!! I received the products, and as you can see in my pictures, ink everywhere!!!!!when I opened the box, ink dropped on my chair ( not able to remove it!!!!), on my clothes, my watch, not mention my hands that I can't clean!!!!! Pure garbage !!!!
