One Square One Round Readers Reading Glasses

As soon as I saw these glasses I knew I had to have them. I ordered two pairs: the black and the leopard. They took a few weeks to arrive, but that was specified in the order, so it wasn't a surprise. What WAS a surprise was the high quality: I figured with $10 reading glasses I was basically paying for the novelty, but these are really good, solidly made glasses. I also had a small concern that the different shapes would cause a small discrepancy between the two lenses, but they don't. The magnification is exactly the same.I'm totally going to order all the colors.

I wore these square/round specs for the first time in a boardroom meeting (very serious business). My coworkers met me in my office post-meeting to laugh, loudly admire my new reading glasses and admonish me for totally districting them by nonchalantly popping them on mid-meeting! 🤣Classic! They give off sort of an arty, eclectic vibe. These pictured are the “purple” in +2 magnification. I also got a pair of tortoiseshell in *2.5. They are STRONG, so be sure of the strength you need. +1.5 probably would have been fine for me. The frames are smooth and comfortable on the face and nose. Solid, but not too heavy.

These glasses are very small, and I’m not a large woman. The arms are very wide and loose, so will never stay on securely. I was looking at two different styles, and these turned out to be the wrong ones. I was going for a cool, unusual look, and got crotchety old bank clerk from 1920.

Do not let the two different shapes scare you from purchasing these readers. They are fun and they do what they are suppose to do. They help you see better while reading. Why not have a little fun for a great price?

I love these glasses. Apparently, I am not the only one (someone took mine off my desk) who likes them. They are unique and cute. People always stare a while and then ask, are your frames square and round!? I love love them.
