Decided to order this specific bio-identical Estrogen replacement even though it lacked any written reviews. Order arrived packaged well, on time without any issues. Product was in-date, seals intact and price was reasonable even though more on the high end.This is an All Natural Bio-identical estrogen replacement cream used by peri-menopausal and menopausal women and those who experience symptoms from having low levels of estrogen even before peri-menopausal status(or if peri-menopausal in younger age due to other circumstances). Product is a mix of estriol and estradiol (25%/75%). Directions are printed on jar clearly. You start with 1/4 tsp daily and it's suggested to use concurrently with a progesterone (which company also sells). Cream can be adjusted to control symptoms. 1/4 tsp x1 daily gave me satisfactory results. Alternate applications areas daily to avoid skin becoming clogged with excess product resulting in issues in absorption. Inner arm, wrist, inner thigh, chest, neck and groin areas all work well. Area should be your thinnest skin with most capillaries to better increase absorption. Be aware as to why woman who supplement with estrogens should also supplement with a progesterone. Usually progesterone is the 1st hormone to decrease in woman with age (among other reasons) then estrogens can decrease. So if you are low on estrogen it's very likely you are even lower on progesterone. Progesterone can usually be supplemented on its own but Estrogen usually requires supplementing both hormones together(just clarify with your Dr, to make best personal decision on this).This estrogen bio-identical Cream doesn't add Phyto-estrogens to their product. They use pure natural Estriol USP, made from Sterol Analogues in plants like Wild Yam, combined with certain bacterias to end up with a bio-identical hormone (the same way Progesterone is produced).Product has no smell, it's a mixture of white yet almost see-through in color, but best of all this cream absorbs very well.
