AMAZING. I see a difference when taking this vs. when I forget for a few days. My hair feels fuller/thicker (and I have thin/fine hair) and it makes my nails grow strong. This is the only hair skin & nail vitamin that I’ve actually seen a difference with. As a lot of people have said, the smell is the only drawback. When you open up the container, it literally smells. There is an aftertaste (similar to fish oil) and it does make you burp sometimes. Normally this would bother me, but because the product is so effective, I’m willing to deal with it. I’d rather it smell and work versus them change the formula to take the smell away, and then it doesn’t work anymore. This is why I still rated it 5 stars, it does what it’s supposed to!

Great B-complex supplement, just the right amount of potency without being crazy overdoing it. Doesn't turn urine into neon yellow! I am using a 2nd jar, so have been taking these for over 6 months. Hair is a little thicker. I had a blood panel done for B vitamin levels and they're all normal, not crazy high like some supplements will do. I plan to continue using this supplement.

I have gone through nearly an entire bottle and I have much less hair fallout since taking this supplement. I used to have large amounts of hair come out in the shower and while brushing, but the amount has significantly decreased and I have a lot of new little hairs growing in. I haven’t really noticed much difference in my nails or skin, though, so I will give it more time and see if those start to improve as well.

Been taking these pills for 5 months and my hair has grown about 7inches nails grow so fast too! This is a great product and I recommend it to all my girlfriends. The pills are 3 if you take it on an empty stomach you might burp a bit or have a little after taste but nothing bad. I took them everyday and the results are amazing. Even my hair dresser was surprised at how long my hair was and the amount of new baby hair.

Really good so far ! I haven’t seen any major changes yet but so far so good.

Was hoping to help my hair issue but it does not. I don’t notice anything of my skin. My nails have gotten stronger but they still peel. I work in the medical field. The constant gloves changing & hand washing does not help my nails and hands. Have been taking this since about 2/2024 or 3/2024. It’s now 7/2024. I’ll try this til the end of the year. If I don’t see a bigger change, I will no longer take it.

If you are in need of energy, these are the vitamins for you. They work great for me because they also give me an appetite boost when I take the recommended dosage. My hair grew so much I was surprised. I just have to get used to clipping my fingernails more often because it also caused them to grow as well. The pills have a natural coloring, which I am very pleased with as I am very sensitive.
