Alpha generator good attractive and compact easy to maintain
Alpha generator 7.5kv recently I purchased for running DJ Sound system and lighting purpose..i checked it for 1 to 2 hours with 5kv Load it is working good.. generator is compact in size very attractive look approx 90 kg weight..delivered by Amazon team near packing much satisfied with product thanks to AK Power and Amazon

Disappointing Experience with Alpha Classic Generator – Fraudulent Claims
The media could not be loaded. The Alpha Classic Generator has been a complete disappointment. Despite claiming a 25-litres fuel tank, it barely holds 13 litres — a clear case of false advertising. Worse, it won’t start, neither through the self-start nor the coil. Poor quality and zero reliability. Avoid this product; it’s not worth your money.Customer support has also been unresponsive and unhelpful.

Best purchase at the right time
The genset is proposed to give 7kw output, running condition is perfect and I am utilising it for food truck, it's been a month I purchased it's working well. Fuel consumption is also economic

Defective item.
Do not buy from Amazon. And do not buy this company generator. There is no support available.I received my item and no electrician came to install it.I called local electrician and he did all the wiring but generator would not start.There is no assistance available from either seller or Amazon.I wasted close to 1 lakh rs on this. I will not recommend anyone to buy expensive items without any phone number from Amazon.
