Reliable and Easy-to-Use Tire Inflator
Recently, I started using the Rhino USA Digital Tire Inflator with Pressure Gauge, and it has quickly become a favorite tool in my garage. As a DIY enthusiast, having reliable equipment is crucial, and this inflator certainly fits the bill. One aspect I appreciate is the large, easy-to-read glow dial. Even in dim lighting, the dial is clearly visible, which makes inflating tires in the evening or early morning much more convenient. The digital pressure gauge is incredibly accurate, giving precise readings up to 200 PSI, which is perfect for my needs, whether I'm working on my car, truck, motorcycle, or RV. The premium braided hose and solid brass hardware speak to the quality of this tool. It feels robust and durable, ready to handle frequent use without any issues. The build quality inspires confidence that it will last for a long time, even with regular use. Using the inflator is straightforward, and the connection is secure, preventing any air leaks. This has made my tire maintenance tasks faster and more efficient. I also appreciate how it comes in handy for various vehicles, making it a versatile addition to my toolkit. If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be that the initial setup instructions could be a bit clearer. However, once I got it figured out, it was smooth sailing from there. All in all, the Rhino USA Digital Tire Inflator has proven to be an excellent investment. Its combination of accuracy, durability, and ease of use makes it an invaluable tool for any DIYer. It's definitely something I can rely on for all my tire inflation needs.

Great for Tow Trucks
This item has made it simplier attached to external air tank on our tow trucks. Very sturdy, love the digital read out, fits perfectly on our air hose. Does not leak, the head swivels for ease of sight of tire pressure. I love the Rhino products. I highly recommend for commercial use or to add to your home tool collection.

Good Gauge, with a Caveat...
Gauge readings appear to be accurate! Tool is easy to use. One thing that I do not like, and I did confirm via Rhino's Support is the backlight function. My question or statement to Rhino was, "So, what I am noticing is that the backilght does turn on for a brief time when first turned on but will go out. And then, when I need to fill additional tires, the backlight will not come back on unless I first turn off and then turn back on. Is this the correct operation?" And, their AI response was, "Thanks for checking in with the details. You’ve got it right—the backlight on your Rhino USA 200 PSI Digital Tire Inflator Gauge is designed to turn on briefly when you first power it up to help save battery life. After a short period, it switches off on purpose. If you want the backlight on again for more tire checks, just turn the gauge off and then back on. That’s totally normal and part of how the gauge is designed to be rugged and battery-efficient, so you’re all good!" So, although the unit is operating as designed, where the gauge readout is still there but the backlight goes off after a period of time, I would've preferred to have some control over when backlight turns off or at least have the light by design to stay on as long as the gauge readout. I mean, how much battery life is the backlight really draining checking all four tires? Because, from the time I fill the tire to spec and put the valve cap back on and move to the next tire, the backlight goes out, but the gauge remains on. Now I must cycle the power button to get the backlight on again.

Another great Rhino USA product
I do quite a bit of traveling on-road and off-road in my vehicles. As we all know a flat tire can be a pain and quickly derail travel plans. I bought this tire inflator to go with my pancake air compressor that I take on my road trips so I can always be prepared for any situation. It is compact enough to put in a small space until it is needed. With the analog display I can properly inflate or deflate my tires to the proper pressure. ✅ Pros High PSI Range (0–200): Ideal for RVs, trucks, and heavy-duty tires that require higher PSI levels. Offers precise inflation and pressure control even at higher pressures. Backlit Digital Display: Large, easy-to-read LCD is useful in low-light conditions or at night. Inflator + Gauge in One: Combines inflation, deflation, and pressure reading in a single tool. Works seamlessly with standard air compressors. Durable, Premium Build: Brass connectors and stainless braided hose resist wear, weather, and kinks. Built to withstand frequent use in rugged environments. Auto Shutoff & Battery-Saving Features: Powers off automatically after inactivity to preserve battery life. Lock-On Air Chuck: Secure, no-leak connection to Schrader valves ensures consistent readings and smooth inflation. Customer Support & Warranty: Rhino USA has a solid reputation for customer service and offers a satisfaction guarantee. ⚠️ Cons: Battery-Powered: Requires batteries which will eventually need replacement. Bulky for Compact Use: Overkill for sedans, bicycles, or casual home users — best for larger vehicles. Digital Can Be Affected by Extreme Temps: Like most digital gauges, freezing temperatures can affect LCD responsiveness. Requires An Air Compressor: To use the heavy duty air gauge/chuck, you'll need an external air compressor. ⭐ Who It’s Best For: RV owners, overlanders, off-roaders, and truck drivers who value durability and accuracy. Users looking for a combo tool for tire pressure reading and inflation. 📊 Overall Rating: 4.8 / 5 ✔ Durable | ✔ Accurate | ✔ Functional | ✔ Compact | ✔ Digital display

I wanted to love this product.. I really did.. I have lots of other rhino gear and have nothing bad to say about any of it ...... This tire inflator is the exception.. First, I use my inflator seasonally.. in the summer my wife and I enjoy putting the camper on the outer Beach.. probably 6 or 7 outings a season.. so all in all my inflator gets minimal use. It's stored in it's original package, safely stowed in the emergency gear compartment under my rear bench seat in the truck.. the batteries are changed as needed, it's not squished, jammed, or smushed by other gear.. it doesn't get dropped or bumped around. And it has never touched sand.. I'm generally quite careful with my stuff... First season.... I used it maybe 8-12 times, it worked fine for the most part. It wasn't TOTALLY accurate but it was within 1 or 2 PSI.. at the end of the season the batteries were removed and it was safely stored away... Second season.... I inserted fresh batteries and hooked it up to the air hose.. when I connected it to my tire valve I immediately noticed that the pressure reading was off.. wayyyy off.. I grabbed a manual tire pressure gauge and rotated back and fourth until my tired were properly filled.. I tried it a few more times without luck.. finally I wrote to the company to see about their warranty... The WARRANTY SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL.. I outlined what the issue was and they had a new one shipped out almost immediately... I received it within a few days and I was back out on the beach without issue for the rest of the season.. again, when the season ended the batteries were removed for winter storage.. Third season.... The season started off smoothly. Everything seemed to be working ok for the first 2 outings.. on the 3rd trip noticed that the batteries were already dead.. it seemed odd bc they were basically new.. but I changed them and thought very little of it.. after changing the batteries it seemed like the pressure reading was off.. after I checked, it turned out that it was in fact off, by about 12PSI.. when it read 50PSI in my tire, 2 separate manual gauges showed roughly 68PSI.. The issue seemed to subside with more use.. then suddenly it started leaking air even after the trigger was released. It seemed like whatever membrane inside that keeps it air tight when the trigger is released wasn't fully engaging when the trigger was released.. this again lead to improper readings for tire pressure.. I've tried on 3 separate occasions now and it's been the same each time... When the trigger is released it continues to allow air from the tank into the nozzle.. so when released, the gauge doesn't just show the pressure in the tire, it is thrown off by pressure still being read from the tank... I've tried oiling and such with no luck.. unfortunately, in it's current state it's basically useless.. I would look for a better quality product
