Charming and loud.
Charming and loud bell is just what I wanted. I hung it on a door that I wanted to be able to know whenever it was opened. I can hear this bell from two floors away. It looks cool while doing the job.

Beautiful but needs a little help
A beautiful and inexpensive bell. If you want to use it as a decoration, it is 5 stars. But, as a wind chime, the striker is too small to ring even in high winds (maybe in a hurricane!). My wife engineered the solution in the picture...maybe not too elegant but it works. The bell has a nice low tone and the sound is very peaceful now.
