I suffer from acid reflux and it often wakes me up a lot at night as the acid slips into my mouth and causes me to grind my teeth. I've been having some inflammatory issues in my stomach lately so when Amazon was recommending these I thought to myself: why not? I don't take lots of meds so trying more natural way of dealing with it first sounded like a plan even if I was a bit sceptical.These seem to be strong ones (though to be fair they also advertise them as such so fair enough) because they started working right away. Nothing miraculous but there's a clear difference as to how my stomach is working.But I need to warn that if you're anything like me, you may be having a lot more dates with the porcelain god for the first 1 or 2 days. 😂Taste wise? The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact they have used a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you 45 days. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your digestive health.
