Insane echo using video chat
Update:Downgrading to one star because company contacted me and offered a full refund, but sent a message asking me to contact another person outside this system . They have not responded after I refused to click on an external link. I also reported this behavior. It continues to be unresolved and the tablet continues to be worthless for Zoom or messenger communication .Nice unit except it was bought to be used for Zoom, Facebook messenger, telemed and the echo is so bad it's unbearable...has no plug for a simple wired headphone...maybe a Bluetooth unit will help.It was bought primarily for chat, so it's a total bummer and all thumbs down from that standpointš

Good tablets
Easy to use not very complex, I love to cast from the tablet to my 50 inch smart tv, about the capacity of the SD card my advice do not use an SD card that's greater than 256gb otherwise it would behave funny, other than that media works fine, not sure about texting cause I haven't tried it yet still working on it.

It is not a good or even ok tablet. I returned it. It's slow. It freezes. It's just very poor performance and since I'm really not a tech savvy person nor do I can to be, it says a lot if I say it's bad. I normally don't care as long as it works right.
