Good for noisy environments
I work in an office setting, but am still on video calls several times per week. It can get pretty noisy when you are on a call, but others around you are going about their normal business. I ordered these for the noise cancelling microphone, not to be confused with traditional noise cancelling headphones that block out ambient noise so you can't hear it. Instead, these make it so the people you are talking to on the other end of the call can't hear the ambient noise from your end and only your voice. These seem to do a pretty good job of doing just that. So far, I haven't had any complaints about excess noise like I used to. The fit and finish of these is ok, but nothing to write home about. In my opinion they are priced a little high ($49.99 at time of review). The functions are easy to use and pairing was easy, no complaints there. Overall, these get the job done and do what they are designed to do.

Solid bluetooth headset
My wife swiped these to use for her work, as she is on conference calls all the time. First, she paired these with her phone (an android). Pairing was immediate and without issue. A test call showed no problems with sound quality on either end.My wife then paired these to her laptop using the provided USB dongle. Her conference call went without a hitch. Sound quality was good, and noise cancelling was surprisingly good for this price point. If you need a nice headset for work or just prefer something like this for calls, give this a look!

Functional, but could be better
I bought this for conference calls for work. I'm still a work from home warrior. It paired with my phone on Bluetooth without objection and my computer recognized the USB adapter within seconds. It can connect to both at the same time. What I didn't like is the lag. To turn it on you have to hold the power button for 3-5 seconds, then it cycles, connects and you can talk. That's a long time if your phone is ringing and you want to put this on before answering. Also, even though I heard "connected" I still had to select the speaker, or headphone in this case, on my phone to be able to talk. It's a little too much. My wife has NO tolerance for this kind of thing so this would go back. I'm a little more forgiving with technology so I can function with it, just don't like the lag. I'm used to putting my AirPods in my ear and being instantly connected so maybe I'm spoiled. The sound is good and people report they can hear me fine. It has a mute button on the microphone. The bigger ear pads are going to take some getting used to. Being on my head for long periods makes my ears hot, but again I'm used to AirPods. The headset is adjustable so it will fit on my big head. The earpieces swivel to fold flat and store in the included carry bag if you want to travel with it. If I left it on all the time, then put it on to talk it would be a lot better, but I want the convenience of being able to switch between the phone and the headset more easily.

Looks professional, sounds OK
No latency with the USB dongle, that's nice. Bluetooth headsets introduce a lag in the audio and this avoids that. Works right away, no drivers needed.Comfortable enough for hours of wear, and the sound quality is about right for office work. Which really is what this is for. “Gamer” headsets look unprofessional, and higher fidelity headsets will be priced much higher than this, I couldn't justify that bump in price if all I was doing was voice calls. The mute button being on the microphone isn't the issue you'd think it is, and the noise cancellation is good enough that you don't have to worry about neighbors or other background noise if you're working from home.

No Software
Cheap decent budget headset. The mute button is on a weird spot on the mic piece itself. Do not like that there is no software for the headset to tune certain settings. Other than that it connected fine to my computer.

Great option for Work @ Home Folks!
I wanted a good headphone set that I could use for job interviews. Even though my laptop has great speakers and built in mic, I wanted a headset. I have worked in call-centers for the past 20-years and don't like the idea of sharing headsets, so I have purchased some pricey Plantronics sets. I wasn't expecting a lot, but I was very pleased with these. First off, the noise cancellation is wonderful. I like to keep a small fan on, while I work and will sometimes receive complaints from that, and having my window open. Also, I like that I didn't have to speak as loud and felt like the other party could hear me clearly. I also really like that these are full coverage, to avoid sound distractions. I could hear the other party very well and even after several back to back interviews these were comfortable. My laptop has built in Bluetooth, and paired easily. Nice that it comes with the BT dongle, just in case yours doesn't. Overall, I am impressed!

Works great!
My wife wears a headset everyday for work. We both work from home and most of the time I know when she is having trouble with a call. She now has four different headsets and this is the best of them. With the others there was always something odd, not just regular call trouble. One would cause the phone to ring every so often when there was no actual call in progress. Another would randomly mute the computer volume for no apparent reason. With this one she's not had one single problem big or small. Very happy with it!

Nice comfortable headset, with good quality sound
Connection to my Macbook Pro M1 is a snap. It appears as BT-68.Even though it is a headset, the sound quality is surprisingly good. I can enjoy listening to youtube music with sound quality more than average for a headset. The bass is punchy, but a little too much for my liking. But overall it is very good sounding for a headset.Being permanently working from home, I mainly use this headset for Team meeting call. The microphone is working very well producing loud and clear voice. And the battery is good for more than 5 days (with 30 call every day). The pad and headband is also very comfy. So I can use it a long time without much strain on my head and my ear.I can highly recommend it for one is looking for a budget nice quality wireless/bluetooth headset that can also good for youtube listening.
