🚀 Elevate Your 3D Printing Game!
The Dual Drive Extruder is a high-performance upgrade for various DIY 3D printers, featuring a 3:1 internal gearing ratio and precision CNC-machined hardened steel drive gears. It excels in handling flexible filaments and offers adjustable tension for optimal filament feeding, ensuring high-quality prints with both small and large nozzles.

Works well.
These work as required. Seems to be a good extruder. Easy to install. Time will tell how long they last.

Easy to install, but needed instructions after having extra parts
I have had my ender 3 pro for several years and heard of the need for a metal extruder, seeing some worn plastic on my old one I started looking and found this one.it was fufilled by amazon so it was here the next day which is impressive in COVID-19 spring 2020, it came nicely packaged except no instructions and the pictures currently available in the product page also do not list where all the parts go, I finally through some google searching has found that this is a clone of a bondtech extruder, and was able to locate where the parts I had not put in during my first assembly go.the biggest con so far is finish, the drilled holes for the filament path could be chamfered so it does not scrape and cause plastic dust during the prints, I may disassemble at some point and see if I can round them out myself, otherwise, once I reset esteps, the prints seem to come out very well.

Beware using this with TPU
I found that once I increased tension more flexible filaments worked better with it.(rarely use flexibles) No good way to extrude tpu with this Ninjaflex is completely out of the question. No easy way to modify it to do this talk better. As for all other filaments...works like a champ. If you are new to this just know you will have to do some resetting of certain internal parameters as the gear ratio is different than your stock extruder. This WILL need to be done to tune speed : extrusion rate. It's not that big of a deal if you like to tinker and do some math. All in all this does what I intended it to do... grip the filament firmly with no slippage.

Decent replacement
Got this to replace my Geeetech Mizar S dual extruder. Worked great for the limited time I used it.

Perfect fix for my worn out piece
My old extruder simply wore out. I put this one in and it worked. Simple.

Doesn't fit.
The stock extruder motor can't be used with this product for the Ender 3 Pro V2. The shaft is too short.

Make sure it will fit before you buy!
I have an Ender 3 max Neo printer which it said right in the description that it was compatible with. I was frustrated when the motor shaft was too short even though it said it would work with the Ender 3 max Neo. I had to buy a new stepper motor and got that set up. I then realized my filament sensor was no longer level with the extruded and so I had to raise the filament sensor up a few more inches to make it work again. Bottom line, make sure everything will fit and work before going down a rabbit hole or more things you have to do to get it to work. Now that I have everything setup the dual extruded works great, just a pain to get it going.

Doesn’t last long.
This doesn’t last very long. Stops feeding the filament after a few ( less than 4 day long ) printsI changed plastic manufacturers. It’s the extruder
