Helps my long period to shorten, bleed less, and helps with pms symptoms. I refuse to get birth control for symptoms, plus I don't want to have to take high doses of Ibuprofen to cut the bleeding. I purchased these pills due to having irregular cycles. I am 99.9% sure I have endometriosis, just haven’t gone through with the actual surgery to find out. I started taking these pills July 24th and on August 5, I noticed the egg white discharge. I took an ovulation test and it was positive! I’ve NEVER had a positive ovulation test. My husband and I have been together for 7yrs, and I’ve never gotten pregnant, due to irregular cycles. Which has lead to anovulation. We aren’t ready to have a baby yet so we didn’t try around the time I ovulated. My cycle came on August 22nd and it is the LIGHTEST cycle I’ve had in years, with barely any PMS. Just the first day. I don't like or dislike it yet. I just got it. I took one last night. No adverse effects. So far so good. I will post with updates. :) I have experienced slight cramps today as if my period was going to start. I find myself being irregular and I also find myself with amenorrhea... Not sure if it is because of pcos. My doctor was no effing help. Edit: I'm on day four. No adverse effects! My hair shed decreased dramatically! I have been shedding about 80-100 hairs a day for the past 5 years... And finally...its slowing down.

Just be careful with it.

I've had mixed results. One the upside, it's regulated my period and made it lighter which I'm really happy about. On the downside, it's made my period last longer. Before my period lasted 5 days and now it's 8 - 9 days with the first 5 days being a really light spotting. I'm going to keep taking it to see if it does at some point actually shorten it or go back to being 5 days.

Since going through menopause, my only issue is the perfuse sweating, all day and night. Taking this twice a day has proven to cut down the constant sweating. I am so glad my doctor recommended it and she said it helped her as well.
