The Bacon Jerky from Mission Meats is the best I have had. It has a barely sticky coating of very tasty sriracha sauce. It is not too spicy, but just spicy enough to let you know it is there. This sticky, sweet, and savory heat has struck the perfect balance. The bacon taste is prevelante, but somehow the flavorful coating also has a presence. Absolutely Awesome! Thank-you Mission Meats!

There’s nothing about this product that’s bad. I’m normally a little skeptical of Saracha flavored foods, but willing to try it. This stuff actually packs a pretty heavy punch and tastes exactly like it’s described, but has a slightly sweet and crunchy taste and texture to compliment it at the same time. This company knows what they’re doing and they’re kind of a game changer when it comes to jerky. It’s more than pleasantly surprising!

I did a review before, but don't see it and was sent a request to review so I'm doing another one.The bacon is so thin, I literally could see through the pieces, there is no way you could put it in a container and have it stand up. There were only like 6 pieces of bacon in the bag and some of them were only half a piece. Why would you want to put it in a container to display?The flavor was good for the very brief moment it took to chew - probably 4 chews - !GONE!I understand that the cost includes the process necessary to get the product. But the cost of this product is too much for the little you get.If I was reviewing "Taste Only" I would have given at least 4 Stars.

The Mission Meats Bacon Jerky is provided in a two-ounce resealable packet. It has a sharp spicy taste that increases gradually as you eat more than one strip. I think this is a worthwhile snack. However, I think that they could decrease the salt content. Salt at 600 mg per ounce or 1,200 mg per two-ounce packet is too much. Otherwise, good snack.

The bacon was all stuck together in a clump. It was not whole strips either. The flavor was decent but much sweeter than I expected. Overall it was a sugary clump of bacon with a slight flavor of shriracha.

Really, really good. Great taste and then a nice little kicker of a little heat after the initial flavor. Not as hard and crispy as I expected.... but it is very good.

It was a small pack not very money in there by the picture and I thought I was going to get a nice deal but it's the same amount you would get in a store. I didn't like the flavor my husband loved it and I also thought it was too sticky.

I have been on a jerky binge for several weeks now so I ordered several brands to have my pick. I honestly didn't think I would like this because I'm not a huge Sriracha fan but let me tell you...THIS BACON JERKY IS AMAZING! The BEST flavor, not overly hot...my goodness. Will definitely be ordering more.
