The puzzle itself is well made and looks to be high quality. Unfortunately I could hear the puzzle pieces rattling around inside the box and the plastic cover had already been removed from the outside of the box when I untaped the box and opened the box I could see that someone had also opened the bag that had contained all puzzle too both plastics were inside the box. I bought this puzzle to work on next month and I simply don’t have the time to count 4000 pieces to ensure nothing is missing and I do not have the time to complete it before the return date. Too risky, I don’t think the shipper should had ship this out without.
