We did love the product the first time we used it and were extremely happy to be able to use it again .——-(original review)We received this product and we were excited at how beautiful and well crafted it looked. We smoked 2 old fashioned drinks and loved the smokiness it gave them . However when trying to use the product again, the gun never turned back on. We changed the batteries to new ones and nothing seemed to work. I really wanted to love this product but I was really disappointed. I cannot find a way to contact the seller to get the gun replaced or to get some help.

The Sigval Cube was perfect for smoking our drinks, meat & cheese!! It was easy to assemble and the instructions provided were clear to follow. I appreciate the design and stylish, but simple look.

Great smoker! fits many things and many drinks

I bought this product as a gift and finally used it last week. Now it does not work at all.

I ordered this item to donate to a fundraiser. I unboxed it and cleaned it good for display at the event, but didn’t use it so I can’t speak to the functionality. But it seemed to be of good quality.

This was my first attempt at making a smoked cocktail. It was a major success, turning out 2 smoked Old Fashions that would have made any bar proud!

I am incredibly impressed with this smoking cabinet by SIGVAL. I have a similar, major brand cloche and smoking gun that was nearly double the price yet is not as nice as this set.The cabinet is perfectly cube-shaped with a bamboo serving tray, metal hardware, and clean/reinforced plexi cube with hinged door. The cube has the requisite smoking port and, to my delight, has a strong magnetic connection with the wooden base.The smoking gun is well built and sturdy with a strong internal fan that does an excellent job of pulling smoke through the device. The chip pot is metal and sized perfectly for enough chips to produce a steady stream of smoke for at least a half dozen drinks, but probably even more. I was impressed with the smoking tube and nozzle that is attached to the gun. The nozzle is metal and attaches perfectly to the port on the cube. The tube from the gun to the nozzle is a flexible rubber that doesn't easily kink - unlike my major brand version which kinks and limits the flow of smoke. The gun simply has excellent output with great flow and volume.The kit comes with three very generous bags of chips. Other kits I've owned barely provided a few tablespoons of chips to get you started, but this kit comes with three massive bags. It also comes with extra metal screen filters for the gun - a very nice consideration - as well as tweezers and other tools for maintenance. Best of all, the whole kit fits within the cube for easy storage when not in use.If I had one wish with this kit, it would be that the cube was made of glass instead of acrylic, and if that were the case, I'd have to give this smoking cabinet 10 stars.If you're considering a cocktail/cheese/appetizer smoker, I highly recommend this kit. It is high quality throughout, performs exceptionally well, and is a crowd pleaser when you break it out for cocktails. It is as good as, or better, than much more expensive cocktail smokers I have and will certainly be the smoker I grab first when drinks are in order.
