This product was very easy to install and the caregivers loved it because it gave them immediate alert that my dad had gotten out of his chair. The customer happiness officer was the epitome of good customer service helping us to troubleshoot an issue and following up to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend.

This is a life saver. I’m very happy I purchased this product. I have two issues: #1 the insert says the battery life is approximately 18 mos; and #2 the alarm goes off once the person is already standing up or has rolled off. Either way the person is off the bed. In my case my mum had fallen once she stood up. The alarm had gone off but by the time I made it to her room she was on the floor. I don’t know how or if there is anyway to improve the system. Once this unit no longer works due to the battery dying I’ll most certainly purchase another one.

Got this for my Mother in law who has dementia, so we know when she tries to get out of bed at night. Better than one provides by home health care which made loud noise when she moved and sound was at her bed and would frighten her. We had lots of false alarms. It was called first assist. This one works great no false alarms or the pound sound at her bed. We love the fact we can carry wherever we go in the house. Have not used call button yet. Was easy to set up. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second early alam I have purchased. I have been very pleased with the product as it alerts me to when my husband is getting out of bed and thinking of getting up. It leaves me enough time to see that this happens safely without falling. No more trips to emergency or the need to have help getting him up if he should fall.

The bed alarm pad has a lifespan of 18 months. You cannot replace the battery. You have to buy a new one each time. I have 4 now.

My mom was recently out of hospital and before we could get the bed rail, this device saved a few falls! Longer that a heating pad, it is placed where the upper torso would lay down, and then every time she needed to use the facilities, she did not need to yell, the alarm would indicate and we were there within seconds. It was piece of mind!
