Hear me out... are you running late and forget to have breakfast? are you running of ideas for breakfast for your kids? This is the solution. It's so creamy, the taste its amazing and its kids approve!! My almost 3 year old daughter loves her "Chocolate milk" and guess what? No sugar added!!! I can't speak for my daughter but when I drink this I am full for at least three hours, I do mix it with my protein when I have no time for breakfast. I feel energic and because it has MCT oil I focus more at work. It mixes great with regular milk, almond milk and water.
