I love this, it's perfect! Smaller than it appears in the images.
I really like this burner, but it is a bit smaller than the images seem to indicate. I honestly am happy that it's this size though, it's super cute and there's no need for it to be any bigger for resin. The measurements are accurate and I'll attach a picture with a 33mm coal to help. This is great for resin incense, other uses I'm not so sure. I must have looked at about a hundred burners before I chose this one. It's very solid and well made for it's size.A few things, I don't burn cones or coils, but this seems best suited for resin. It's going to get very hot especially if you use an entire coal, so be careful where you put it. It comes with a little heat pad, but I'm not going to trust this. Also since this is cast iron, it won't do well outdoors or in a place with a lot of moisture like a bathroom. There is a protective coating, but expect rust if there's extended contact with wet/damp conditions.Recommendations: I highly recommend building up some ash to cut down on the heat produced. Probably about half full is ideal. You can use sand, but I'd just let it build up, you'll get there eventually. I also split my coals into 4-6 pieces with a wire snipper. I never have need for more than this, and I get 4-6x more use out of my coals, plus less unnecessary heat output.

This is real cast iron and sturdy!
I really like this, be sure to place on a heat safe surface as the vessel gets very hot when burning incense or materials inside. Totally recommend!

Tobacco burner
Drilled a 3/8' hole in the side, filled it with the unused tobacco from the older kids and put a propane torch to the hole......... it will drown out anything "else".

Not for coils
It's a good thing I got the deep one... it's barely enough to hold my cones. There's NO WAY it could hold a mosquito coil. Also the bottom is concave so it isn't easy getting cones to stand up. Oh, and you should know that the handle on the top gets very hot. Along with incense you can smell burning flesh if you're not careful. It's hard to beat cast iron. It works for me.

Small. Works. But use on heat safe surface!!!
This is cast iron and gets hot when used with charcoal AND the head pad included. Only use on a surface that’s heat safe.

Just as expected
Exactly what I was anticipating and identical to pictures. Coating is good good quality and even. I’ve had to return other similar burners because they fail to show cheap moulds and coatings. This however was just as described without any surprise branding etc. Deeper than others with a higher price point - this by far is the best iron tripod I could find. Definitely satisfied with it
