I suffer from achilles heel on one of my feet and cannot be on my feet for very long without cushioning and heel support. These heel supports give the needed padding I need to make walking much less painful. They remain in place and do not slip in the shoes. I can be on my feet much longer and walk longer distances with these heel supports.

I was looking for something for my heels and these seemed like they would work. I put them in my shoes and they were pretty good. The helped my soreness and also helped with the way I walked. But they would not stay put. I ended up having to find some really thin(to prevent adding a lump to the shoe) double sided tape and put it underneath. That seemed to solve the issue.They also help me with a couple pair of shoes that while they say they are the correct size, don't really fit as such. These really help make the shoes fit properly and allow me to wear them more often.For the price, these should be a consideration if you are looking for something to help foot discomfort.

A few pairs of shoes I own are "internationally" sized. I normally wear a size 11D US shoe, but sizes are interpreted different across international brands. The sizing I have confidence in is usually"US11;UK10;Eur 44.5." But sometimes this doesn't fit, despite the clear labeling. I've also seen "US11:UK10;EUR 44," and occasionally "US11,UK10,EUR 45."For certain brands (TUK is notorious for this) buying a size smaller doesn't work; in those cases the toes are usually too tight and the shoe feels off balance.The Welnove Gel Heel Lift Cups give me a perfect fit for these oversized/undersized shoes. Before using these, I would cut thick foam insoles so that only the heel remained, but after putting these Gel Heel Lift Cups in, it felt as if I had new shoes. The bottom side of the inserts has an adhesive which keeps them in place: just enough stick without glueing them to the shoe.I realize that others will use these for reasons other than sizing, but based on my experience I can recommend the Welnove Gel Heel Lift Cups as a quality, useful product.

The product page photos are not easy to tell that there is a raised section in the center of the heel, on the side that contacts the foot. I thought it dipped down. It does not dip down. It might be okay for some heel spurs depending on the exact location. I could not continue to stand or walk on these after 5 minutes of use. I placed them on top of my insoles as instructed, but did not use the adhesive until I tested them out. The protrusion is not dead center of the insert from side to side. They also seemed to have a bit of a slant that could be a problem if one already has some pronation going on.There is a design on the bottom of each to indicate which foot it is for. Mine also had an R on the right and an L on the left. I tried them the next day with the L in my right shoe and the R in my left to see if it would make a difference for my heel spur. It did not. It is not cushy enough for my needs.I can’t use these. They might be good for general comfort when standing or walking a lot throughout your day, if you don’t have any conditions getting in the way. I used the Men’s size in my women’s size 7 walking shoes. The fit was good. Just wish my feet didn’t need special treatment. I’m sticking with the name brand gel heel cushions which gives me great relief.

These heel inserts are extremely comfortable. However, they definitely move around a lot in my shoes, especially when I am trying to put on my shoes. I then have to put my finger into my shoes to fish it out from where it moved and put it back at the heel. This isn't a huge inconvenience, but it can be a little annoying when you are in a hurry. Again, the inserts are very comfortable, once you have them in the right position, and they offer great relief to sore feet.

These heel inserts are for pain from spurs, plantar fasciitis, even Achilles tendon pain. They’re made of gel and urethane foam, to cushion the heels when walking. They have an adhesive bottom, to keep them in place, in the shoes. They also have a rounded bump on the tops, and little nodules on the bottom that act like acupuncture as you walk. They’re slim inserts, which may account for (MY) discomfort; they were a little too hard for me, and weren’t comfortable to my ‘pain’ heel. With my discomfort, I will have to remain neutral on this item.

Achilles Tendonitis makes it hard to walk in flat shoes or barefoot. These heel lifts give the needed rise to make walking easier and less painful. The gel heel lift grabs your foot so it is not sliding around. The adhesive on the bottom of the pad helps it to stay in place. It is very annoying when you walk and your heel lift ends up under the arch of your foot. The pads don't make the tendonitis go away, but they make it bearable.
