I have tried several versions of lions mane. I have personally found that this product is working very well in my regimen. So much so that I have recommended it to everyone around me. More to the point, Bio Schwartz research is above par. May the Schwartz be with you!

After doing some research on mushroom extracts and the potential health benefits, I decided to try this brand because I liked the variety of mushrooms that it includes. I started taking the supplement right away and while I didn't notice any miraculous change in my health, I do believe that its kept me healthier during cold and flu season. Living in a very wintry Northern state, I typically always get at least two colds per winter. This winter, I didn't get one. I wasn't doing anything extra or out of the norm as I usually do, so I believe that the mushrooms in this supplement gave me some immune support/protection. I plan on making this a regular part of my vitamin/supplement regimen.

I normally take its recommended amounts (2 pills) 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. I'm not so sure about its 'scientifically proven methods of memory and cognitive benefits," but I do find super easy to sleep within half an hour or so after taking them. As a matter of fact, I do have sleep problem (not disorder and/or insomnia) every now and then, but combining Lion's Mane with melanin truly benefited me especially at night for uninterrupted sleep cycles! As a student, I do not see a huge improvement in memory or cognitive function directly, but I do find these to be super helpful with sleep, in which indirectly helps with my brain function/health, overall.

Love this company and I really love this product it really helps me concentrate an helps keep me calm also especially is fickle situations, I love this company because they also make the turmeric an ginger capsules which are excellent for pain relief much better An much healthier then swallowing bottles of ibuprofen and this mushroom complex is so much healthier then taking prescribed adhd medication there’s no negative side effects and there is no Worry if I miss a dose and there’s also breath health benefits to this mushroom complex from this company I love how it is 8 different strains opposed to only 3 which I have tried with other companies but this one takes the cake so to speak it is the best! I have even shared some with my friends an family an they loved it also an have also bought the item online on amazon now if only this company offered referrals points that would be awesome also!

Let me start by saying I think the product is good. It's just not good for me. About an hour after I took this with my other normal supplements (including multi vitamin, fish oil, moringa, biotin), I became violently ill. I've been vomiting all day, and worse. By the end, I'm vomiting bile. Everything else is already purged. Now the really fun part... the mad dash to the toilet. This can cure a cough buddy let me tell you. You won't want to cough for fear of reprisals in the posterior if you know what I mean. It's my belief this interacted with something else I took and all hell broke loose. I might be a one off so don't discount this product based on my review. On the upside, this isn't a product you're going to take and wonder if it's doing something. It's potent friend. Within an hour of taking it, things got lively. So there's that.
