The underwear seems fine. The seams look well sewn and the fabric is soft to the touch. They are tagless, which I prefer. I would have preferred slightly narrower waistband elastic, but I've been struggling to find basic, plain, white cotton underwear. I'm sure there's tons out there, but with the breaking-of-the-internet by paid products that don't match your search description, my search patience is now quite small. So, these work. However, I took off a star because they all needed to be washed before wearing because of the STRONG, STRONG, STRONG smell of Lysol upon opening the plastic bag. It makes me wonder if it is covering up a must or mold problem with the product storage.

Basic no nonsense underwear. They fit well and are just what I was looking for.
