Does a cracking job.... Consistent and fairly straight breaks at the top of the egg every time. It seems sturdily made and is easy to clean as it's stainless steel. Great value for money.

Does what it says it will. No more peeling bits of shell off your egg. Nice clean cut. Spring is strong. Don’t use on full power. It will end up in your egg. 🤦‍♂️ Well priced Deffo value for money too

Bought this product a couple of months ago — and — like other comments — the knob on the top of the device just broke off. This is not a repairable item. JUST JUNK!! It is a complete waste of money.

Great gadget. Does exactly what it says on the packet and makes eating boiled eggs really easy.

This is an inexpensive but effective tool for neatly taking the top off a boiled egg, once the technique is mastered. Mine only lasted 15 months before the shaft broke away from the body (see image). At a fiver a go though, worth the modest investment. Just don’t get too attached to it (no pun intended)
