A great tasting valerian that helps one fall asleep, Very effective.

Smells bad coming out of box, but doesn’t taste like it smells! I got to help with anxiety related to quitting smoking. A very small amount, (a few drops) and I had an immediate feeling of relaxation, but not like i wanted to sleep. Which is awesome. Helping me to fight cravings!!! It’s working. I am not adding to any drink or anything like that. I have not used anymore than a few drops at a time so I don’t know if it helps with sleep, but feeling anxious it’s a WIN!

I mix this with seltzers or juice for a nice little mocktail at the end of the night. It’s great for calming me and helps me sleep. The taste itself is not great but I haven’t noticed the taste in any lightly flavored seltzer or tea that I have added it to.

I used to take Valerian root pills, hated them. So I took the tea, loved it but some nights I didn’t have time to start the kettle and wait half an hour to an hour to drink it (I work retail so I close most nights). So I bought this and it’s pretty good. Valerian calms me down before bed a lot better than any anxiety medication I’ve ever taken. I take it half an hour before taking some melatonin. But only if I’m anxious or restless. I do not take it every night. (My body rejects melatonin if I’m too wired.) I’m only giving it four stars because it’s hard to just squirt it down my throat. I could put it in water but it’s actually not very tasty. Actually it only tastes well when I drink tea. Which it says you really shouldn’t put in too hot of drinks.It does its job and I’ll be buying again. Not sure if it’s worth the money yet.

I have known about the Valeria plant for years. It's used to aid with relaxation and sleep (in my culture). I was glad it was available in drops. However, it smells like death and it tastes like death. I tried to take it twice and I kept gagging and was unable to swallow it. Because this is considered medicine and sealed you can't send the bottle back. Another item going to the trash.

I use it before sleep, works just perfect. This amount for its price is a good deal.
