Don't know if this works yet, haven't used it long enough

Some supplements have calcium carbonate which blocks absorption. Others contain chromium picolinate which causes kidney problems and block absorption. Still others include cyanocobalamin which can be toxic and should be methylcobalamin instead. Whoever put this formula together should NOT be afraid to tell us what is in it so that we can avert the problems. List the ingredients so we know whether it is a quality formula or one put together by a hobbyist who knows very little about the nutrients. WHAT IS IN IT???? I'm hoping that the formula is not toxic and hope that it truly is a quality formulation!!
