These are great weights!
These are a great way to really change up any workout routine. The individual triangular weights can be removed. You can change the weight to be much more precise to accommodate your need. They also wrap around comfortably and secure very well.

First off, I tried Bala bangles before getting these and when I tell you they’re the most uncomfortable things ever, I mean it. I returned them because well… they’re overpriced! I took my chances with these and ohhhhh my I’m in love. They’re so smooth, they’re comfortable, and they’re PERFECT. Do not get ripped off by the name brand because these are IT!!! And they come with a cute little pouch too!

Comfortable fit

It's good but hurts
I wore this to walk around the mall. I keep on adjusting it (to the smallest it can go) because it keeps hitting my ankle bones , it hurts! I It works great to use for excersicing though.

Mis tobillos son bastante anchos -128mm- y temí que se me quedaran pequeñas pero no, enganchan justo y no se sueltan. Ni se mueven. Comodísimas de poner y quitar, cumplen perfectamente su función, no les veo ni una pega

Comodi e adatti anche a polsi sottili come i miei. Seppure leggerini (non ho trovato in vendita su Amazon quelli da 2×1kg) fanno il loro dovere e ben si chiudono con il velcro - adatti quindi a principianti e a chi non desidera sforzi eccessivi! Ps: il prodotto include una comoda borsina per contenere i pesetti.
