Don't waste your money
Tools do not help to remove the Fitbit case....return the item because it was frustrating and not worth the time

Only 4% Charge.
Battery showed only 4% charge when I started checking display functionality. I would expect it to be above 20%. This suggests it has been on the shelf for a long time. I will update this review if the watch run time is back to normal.

Need to make sure you have right tool to open watch
The product was sent quickly but I couldn't get the watch open so it ended up being wasted. I saw one on the internet but it was another $30 and it was out of stock.

I thought there would have been instructions to be able to do this myself. I do not know how this works to get the first information to open up the watch.
