MO Bacter Organic Lawn Fertiliser 7.5kg

Impressive results after a month. Serious lawn growth and a very noticeable reduction in moss.Note that I said reduction not elimination.This product was used on a very patchy, very mossy lawn. In one area the lawn was some 70-80% moss. I scarified the lawn prior to application (although this isnt required) and then applied the product in this area at the max directed quantity per sq. metre and in other areas at approximately half way between the min and max directed quantity. After applying there was rain and after 1 week the moss had turned brown (brown, not black). There was a noticeable increase in grass growth across the garden after two weeks and after a month there was very little moss remaining in most of the lawn. Where the moss was very rampant I applied another application and after a few weeks there was lush grass growth and no visible moss.However, upon a close inspection of the lawn and the thatch, there was and still is some remaining healthy moss, so it has not eradicated it completely. For me at least this is not a one-time solution. The moss will undoubtedly bounce back if not kept in check. Not really a problem, but for the price, you might expect a longer term eradication.

It has proven to be very effective BUT it is clear that to use it when the average daily temperature is below 10C, is to waste your money. My first application was done too early (March in Scotland) and it didn't really do anything at all. 2nd application was done in warmer weather in May and already, 2 weeks in, the moss has died and gone white, and the grass is growing strongly.

Absolutely brilliant stuff, kills moss then eats it, leaving no black patches on your lawn, just perhaps brown marks. Then carries on feeding your lawn for three months.I wish we'd taken before and after photos of our lawn, as the difference is incredible.Highly recommended.

Just used it on the lawn, I did not buy enough so only managed to do half my lawn. Already 6 days later I can see a difference between the two halts. Have ordered more as I am please with results on the area I have fertilised.

This is really good, I put on my lawn which had large black spots where the grass was dying, in just one week new grass is growing back, superb product, I will definitely be buying more of this and thoroughly recommend to anyone whose has patches of grass dying on their lawn. it was shipped really quickly as well great product

Great stuff. Does what it says it will, got rid of all the moss in my lawn which the birds kindly took away for nesting and now after several months the lawn has started to regrow onto the patches left from the moss, result!

Although the moss is now dead it is claimed that Mobacter does not leave unsightly dark patches, well I can assure you it certainly does. Now have to rake it all out and re-seed could and should have done this in the first place
