I purchased two “Bauducco Panettone with Chocolate Chips” on December 14th, 2024, and unfortunately, both were disappointing. The first one, with an expiration date at the end of February, was noticeably dry—much drier than any Bauducco panettone I’ve had before. The second one, expiring at the end of July, wasn’t dry, but it definitely didn’t taste fresh. Overall, I was expecting the classic soft, moist texture and rich flavor, but these loaves fell short. I love Bauducco’s products, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t buy them online again.

The taste was good, maybe not the best panettone I've had but for the price a good value. Shelf life is good and the product stayed moist for several weeks. Surprisingly large panettone for the price.

i grew up eating these at xmas in Brazil, this is the best brand and love them. it is great to be able to get them here.

Wao..., we really love this panettone! Usually is a seasonal product that we can find only on Christmas, so we buy a lot during that season and there is always a good reason to grab a bite. Fortunately we found this product on Amazon, product is very fresh and delicious, so I ordered two more.

The reason for a rating of 3 stars is because the cake was not fresh. The ones we have bought in the past were very fresh and moist. These last two were dry and not fresh at all. Other than that we enjoy the cakeSo much. At the holidays we purchase 4 or more. It is very good with coffee in the evening after dinner.

I used to order the pannetone only at Christmas as a traditional breakfast bread. When I saw I could order it all year around, I've placed 3 orders since December. Unfortunately the last two sweet breads weren't as fresh as the Christmasdelivery. I'm going back to ordering the seasonal delight in December which makes it even more special, and perhaps January, too. Should be still fresh.
