Good book for learning to read
These books are great for beginner readers, who are just beginning to sound out words. It does have some sight words, so your child is going to have to memorize them. But I do think it is helpful for teaching your child to read.

Nice beginnkng reader books.
Nice books for a beginning reader. I recommend ordering the stuffed dog, Biscuit, to go with the books. It is quite nice too.

Purchased as a gift for a 2 1/2 year old, and now Grandpa has a 5-star rating, books have good graphics heavy, tear resistant, I will be buying another set.

Appropriate reading for 3 yr old
Illustrations are very nice and the story is simple. About a girl, her dog, and their silly antics. Not a book series to learn lessons from but you can easily talk about what's going on each of the pages in more detail. Have your child identify certain things and ask about what's happening in the scene before you read it.

Great books for toddlers and "learning to read". Vibrant pictures and each book is a perfect length for bed time stories. These books are a must have,

I have not yet read all of these books but look forward to testing them out on the appropriate age group that will be the real proof of their usefulness. They are well got up and well illustrated.
