I have struggled with anxiety (clinically diagnosed) my entire life and this is one of the few things that helps. I feel the natural calming effect from whole food quality ingredients. When I feel myself getting amped up (heart racing, flurry of thoughts), I take 1-2 of these and feel calm with 15-20 minutes. I usually take 2-3 every night before bed too and it has vastly positively affected my sleep patterns. I no longer wake up in the night as frequently or have trouble falling asleep. My chiropractor originally recommended these to me and I've since bought from the Standard Process storefront here on Amazon since it's a little cheaper. Overall would recommend, as these supplements are noticeably effective.

my psychologist has me taking 3 of them 3 times a day on the first few days of my period. they are soooooo gross. they smell so so bad and taste even worse. there’s GREEN specs in it. i think they work tho.

Perfect same exact ingredients as I purchased from doctor office. Bottle properly sealed, box it was in was little crushed glad bottle wasnt broken. Packer shipped with cemetery vases, which was fine just didnt put enough shipping paper for the ride & all handlers! All is well..
