Ok, after 14 days. They are easy to take, one in the morning, tea. The next one was late in the evening, which was after the gym. After four days of this, my sleep change, to deep and waking up full of energy. A good thing. A slight change in food intake made, a huge difference in how you view these tabs, for me dropping 5kg was a plus, and working out longer and a little bit harder has made these tabs work well for me.. My second month supply is just as good as the first.

These arrived very quickly and well packaged. The pack contains 60 tablets so enough to last about a month. The thing that really surprised me with these is the smell and taste, the smell resembles something slightly spicy and they taste like beef crisps!Looking through the ingredients list these are packed full of goodness and the large size of the individual tablets are hardly surprising.All in all these are a great product and I highly recommend them.

I wanted to use this product before I rated it to see how it actually works. You're supposed to take 2 pills, twice a day. I started to take 2 during the day, and two at night. I noticed that if I were to take 2 an hour before I work out in the afternoon, it'd really give me an energy boost. So I included it as a part of my regimen. I don't seem to be in as much joint pain as I used to as well, so that's a plus

The other half has been using these for well over a month now and he seems to think they help boost his energy levels during his weight training. As the female I have to admit I do not see any noted improvement in mood and I do not see whether they are a help in the gym but he assures me he feels better taking them.
