Fit the four hole binder I was using and so far they've held up well

The pack contained 100 pockets. 84 were in good condition. A4 sheets were easy to insert.16 were broken: 8 were slashed open along the hole pattern (due to folding during manufacturing), 5 had multiple short cuts, and 3 had a misaligned hole pattern.
