I love this booster. Having tried both soft chews and capsules, I can definitely say it works. I only take half the dose daily, my skin looks radiant. May be I am biased towards the soft chews since I tried it first, i think they work better. The only downside of soft chews is its sugar content. Even at 2 gms in each, I still find it too sweet for me. I will keep taking capsules for the foreseeable future. It is economical and cost effective. I combine it with collagen from other brands.

Pay attention to the label on this one. This is a collagen BOOSTING supplement. NOT a collagen supplement. I am ok with this. So far it is hard to say just how well this has worked long term for me, but I have noticed my hair and nails seem to be growing faster, and stronger. Coincidence? Maybe. I'll take it though. I like that these are not gummies, but easy to swallow pills. An easy part of my morning regimen.
