If I could, I would give 4.5 stars.Positives1. Good material. Components are of good quality, sometimes hard to find in the Chinese made products. No plastic.2. Easy Installation: It took me 60 minutes from start to finish: from opening the box to recycling old fixture.3. Excellent white light. I prefer white to incandescent yellow.4. Packaging: well packaged. Unlikely to damage in shipment.Negatives1. Installation instructions are not just bad, they are wrong. Use common sense and not instructions.2. Had slight difficulty installing fully flushed. One of the clearances was not ideal. But little loosening the screws fixed the issue.

Once installed, it looks nice. I'm concerned about how long the LED lights will last, but only time will tell. Instructions were HORRIBLE! As another reviewer said, you have to use common sense but it is probably crucial to have someone with experience installing lights. If I didn't have help from a friend, I would not have been able to do it. One more thing, it's unclear which direction the "crystals" are supposed to face. Hard to tell in the pictures, and again, the instructions are pathetic.

Bright light with cool shadows at angles spread on the walls. Much smaller than implied by the pictures, but I read the measurements before ordering so I wasn’t surprised.Installation was fairly easy, but there are a number of parts to put together so yet took some time. I marked it down one star for the moderate installation but also because the way it is made you can’t turn it certain directions during he install. Mine could not be square with the room, so I installed it 90 degrees rotated.

I bought two of these lights because I had two openings side by side. My genius husband connected them together and used 2 stainless tubes.Everyone thinks it is a single light. IT looks awesome and we used dim light switch. It is very bright. I was looking for something with an Art Deco feel and I got it.

At first I though this ceiling light is a bit on the expensive side but after receiving and installing it in my son’s room, this is well worth the price. The item arrived just in time, took my husband some time to install it which was expected and I am in love with the light after he install it. The ceiling light is really good in quality and it looks elegant with all the crystal beads. I am really happy with this purchase.

Just FYI: If you're looking for a true 14 x 14 fixture to cover an old square lighting hole, this isn't it. The part that mounts onto the ceiling is only about a 10" square. However, it looks good and puts out enough light to do surgery under it. Good thing we put it on a dimmer switch.

Well at first I used the wrong dimmer switch and now I finally got it right by using the right dimmer switch will sent back to amazon the replacement which I didn’t have to use.Yes the light works fine and it’s nice looking and very bright when on high on the dimmer switch will purchase more at a later date.

This light sort of matches a new mirror we bought for our bathroom redo. The mirror is also lighted behind the glass, around the perimeter of the glass. The light is a perfect size for my room. I do have one small issue though, the light has a slight delay when you flip the switch, like a fluorescent light but with no flicker. I do like the looks of this light, the chrome and glass make a good combination. It is also affordable for the classy looks.
