This solder flows very well and melts at a nice low temperature. It is easy to dispense and works well for all my SMD repairs.

I have been designing and repairing through hole pcbs for years. I decided I wanted to make a small 8 SMD part circuit and do the soldering myself. This solder paste worked great. I can't judge against other pastes as this is the only one I have used. However, for someone doing this at home in my garage (using a heat gun) the paste was easy to use. It takes very little of the paste on the pads to get a solid solder joint. Melted well and flowed better than I expected on the pads and the parts. I'd definitely buy again.

Worked great, a little thick to apply, and you can't retract the plunger to suck it back in a little, but solder paste is my new best friend. Surface mount components are no longer a complete nightmare! Just a partial nightmare now!

Used this paste to hand solder a surface mount board. Did not use a stencil, hand dispensed with the provided needle tip and heated up with air station set to 350 degrees C. After a few seconds the paste melted into solder and flowed into place. Very nice, happy with this product

The solder paste came out great on the pad because of the lower melting point, of the solder, the pads did not separate, or come up from the ribbon cable. Love this product I used a paste like this, in my past job, it was another brand, and truly passed inspection the first time. This is why I chose solder paste.
