It's an "okay" for me.
Bigger than a golf ball (that was chewed by my dog). I wish the balls were different sizes, especially a smaller size. I use for my feet. Although it feels okay, the golf ball is able to penetrate deeper into the nerves of my foot due to its smaller size and jagged points, courtesy of my dog. I will continue to use this item. I actually switched back and forth from the golf ball and this item. If I did not have this golf ball to compare to, I would probably like this item more.

Older Remedy
I’ve had these ball years ago for my back They were a little larger but this size works just as well. I was so glad to find them again. Definitely recommend for sore back muscles !!!

Not user friendly
I assumed these would be a firm rubber like a lacrosse ball but they are hard plastic.

It’s important to have a rubber mat under it because on wooden floors it rolls away
What I liked was that it was firm enough to roll on my foot! I dislike that it didn’t come with a small rubber mat it rolls away on wooden floors, I put a mat from the computer on the floor and it works just fine

Works as intended
Working out those knots can be hard. Some muscles need are hard to hit. These massage balls are just as they described, hard and spiky. Have used for one for calves, one for my arches and the other random fits along the way. Good value, no complaints.

Beware if you have textured walls
These spiked massage balls are hard. Surprisingly the spikes don't hurt when you roll against them. I don't think they are as comfortable as a smooth ball but that is personal preference. my husband used these on his back against our textured wall and it chipped the paint so please use caution when using on certain materials.
