The plastic is strong and looks durable. It will last a long while. My plants look better since I repotted them.The water measuring system is very convenient. You always know when a plant needs water.

I like the way this pot looks and the idea of it, but it leaks from the bottom. I had it setting on my wood table and noticed a wet spot when I picked it up to clean. I thought maybe I spilled some water when filling it. Next time I filled it I was extra careful, but it leaked again. It appears to be coming out of where the foot and the flat part meet on the bottom of the pot. I'll have to put a plate under it now which defeats the purpose.

So far so good. Made with good quality, a little bit smaller then expected, but good enough for my front door rose ,hopefully will work forever,lol…

I was very disappointed that the planter did not contain instructions. I could not understand or guess how the self watering feature worked.
