This is second set ordered. Gave my first one to a friend as a gift and they loved it! Ordered the second set for myself! Great travel item and is compact! Great functionality and charging capacity!

Works very well with higher voltage outlets when traveling. Make sure that you use 230 watts or less though. It's easy to tell because appliances, etc have their voltage and wattage listed on them. This converter is well made actually steps down the voltage unlike many other devices at are just adapters.

This is a very cute little converter, but it has everything I needed and It comes with four different adaptors too. I usually do not have much confidence with products by this company but this one is a nice surprise.

I purchased this with the specific intent to use in Italy for my hair tools. I already had an adapter. My expectation for this power supply was to be used as a converter because I was not sure if my hair tools were the appropriate voltage. However, it did not convert the voltage and two of my hair tools were virtually useless. I would not recommend purchasing that is your expectation. They would turn on for a second and then turn off, so I was unable to use them.

There is a big difference better an adapter and converter. I don’t know if most people know that.The adapter only adapts the plug fitting not the voltage! Outside the USA most country’s use 220 voltage. So if you plug in anything needing 110 volts with the adapter, you will destroy your appliance! The converter converts the 220 volt outlet to 110 volts making it safer to use your 110 volt appliances.Don’t make that mistake!! This converter worked great! I was able to plug in my portable fan I use when I travel.

We went on a family trip to Switzerland and France. For the most part this converter worked, but some of the attachments did not. But I could use the regular plug in capabilities on the converter as well as . You will need a different attachment I believe it’s a J attachment. The USB ports work the voltage was just right. It has a little bag that you can put everything in. And it charged everything correctly. No noise that I can think of… it might have made a slight buzzing sound if I have my hair tools plugged into it, but it didn’t last long.

Charged my items with out issues.

I enjoy cruising. But, there is never enough 110v plugs in the room. This gave me the ability to use a 220v plug to charge my phone, tablet, earbuds and watch while also running a small fan without blowing them up with the higher voltage. Leaving the existing 110v to my roommate. Small enough to easily pack in my bag and not take up too much space.
